Q: Is there parking onsite?
Cavendish Square Car Park, Harley Street Car Park (enter from Chandos Street).
Q: Is there an accessible entrance to the venue?
The main entrance to the building is located in Dean’s Mews, where there is a slope up to the main doors. The outer doors to the main entrance are open between the hours of 6.30am - 9pm. The inner glass doors open automatically. Other entrances may be used around the building upon request. However these do have steps but if access is required directly to those areas, we would provide temporary ramps to aid individuals. The Venue is wheelchair friendly with level access to all areas at the Ground Floor Level while there is lift access to all floors.
Q: Do I need to have a ticket for entry?
No tickets are required for entry but we would like guests to register for their place in advance so we have an idea of numbers on the day.
Q: Can I attend only part of the event?
Ideally we would like guests to remain for the whole day, but if you wish to arrive late or depart early, please do let us know in advance.
Q: Do I need to register to attend?
As this is a closed event and we have a limit on capacity, we would like all guests to register in advance.
Q: Can I bring a colleague?
